Územní studie funkčního využití lokality v Pusté Polomi

Abstract

Territorial study of area functional utilization in the Pustá Polom is elaborated in extent of Master’s thesis assignment. Text part contains 61 pages. Graphic part is composed of 13 drawings. The aim of Master‘s thesis is design of function and spatial area utilization in Pustá Polom. Area in question is located in the eastern part of the village. In concept this work follows up with previously elaborated urbanistic study solved in Bachelor’s thesis. Architectonic and urbanistic design includes areas for mixed pattern development, production and services. In total two different variants of the area utilization design were made to comply with territorial plan of Pustá Polom and valid legislation. The study includes transport and technical infrastructure design and cost calculation of proposed solution. Territorial study also contains typological arrangement of administrative building and factory building in the form of volume study.
