Finanční aspekty ovlivňující činnost jednotek sboru dobrovolných hasičů obcí a jejich členů

Abstract

The graduation theses deals with financial possibilities of municipalities as founders of Volunteer Fire Brigades (VFB), that differ according to size and environment in which these municipalities exist. The work evaluates the state of assurance of fighting power of VFB founded in municipalities as legally separate units from financial point of view considering the budgets of these municipalities. The single chapture is going to be the assurance of VFB (category JPO II) and their financing in face of possibilities of drawing the government specific non-investment grant for arrangement of fighting power of VFB with departure to 5 minutes after putting on the alert. At the end the work advices the possibilities of improvement of financing the mentioned brigades thereby the optimizing of work of VFB who take part in almost a quarter of all interventions of fire-brigades in the Czech Republic.
