Abstract

The content of this diploma thesis is the proposition of ceiling structures of the multifunctional building in Ostrava. In the technological part of this thesis I analyse two types of ceiling structures – ceramic ceilings Porotherm system and aerated concrete ceilings Ytong Klasic. Then I focus on technological progress of ceiling construction of the multifunctional building. The described dwelling is a four-storey building with basement using Porotherm walling system. This dwelling will serve administrative and residential purpose. The multifunctional building is located in Ostrava – Stará Bělá. A part of this thesis includes project documentation of planing permission according to regulation no. 405/2017. This is followed by a project cost estimation and time schedule for ceramic block perimeter mansory work.
