Abstract
The dissertation thesis focuses on the development and verification of a new (mobile) method of measuring the heat transfer in light building structures without accumulation layers (translucent and opaque), in relation to the determination of one of the most important thermal energy values - heat transfer coefficient. This new method enables both simpler and thus cheaper preparation of test samples in conditions of laboratory measurement and secondly measurements already assembled structures without removing them from the construction and transport to the laboratory. The dissertation thesis summarizes the existing methods of measurement, describes the principle of the new method and the measuring instrument, and there are presented and compared results obtained on samples of several different measuring and calculation methods.
