Územní studie lokality „Družstevní“ ve Velké Polomi

Abstract

Hlavní cílem této diplomové práce je vypracovat variantní návrh vhodného využití lokality „Družstevní“ ve Velké Polomi formou územní studie pro funkci individuálního bydlení. Předmětná práce se zabývá získáním podkladů, vyhodnocením současného stavu řešené lokality, charakteristikou limitujících prvků a vypracováním vlastního urbanistického návrhu ve variantním řešení. U zvolené varianty návrhu zástavby předmětné lokality je podrobně zpracováno řešení dopravní a technické infrastruktury, veřejné zeleně a ekonomického zhodnocení.

The main purpose of this Diploma Thesis is work up a variant proposal of an appropriate alternative urban use of the Locality „Druzstevni“ in Velka Polom using a form of a territorial study for indvidual housing purposes. The whole of the work is concerned with obtaining documents, evaluation of the current status of the sites, finding a description of the features and limitations of the own design variant in solution. The selected design option is the sites of buildings in detail eleborated solution of traffic and technical infrastructure, design of public green vegetation and economic evaluation.
