Možnosti financování projektů zdravotnických zařízení ze Strukturálních fondů EU

Abstract

In my bachelor thesis I focus on the process of developing projects within the frame of operational programs during the 2007-2013 programming period and the possibilities of utilization the EU structural funds for specific supported spheres. The first part of the thesis describes the process of European integration, the importance of structural policy of the European Community and function of the structural funds. The second part deals with specific operational programs, spheres of support and intervention target groups. The last chapter is dedicated to the project cycles of projects implemented under two different operational programs, and subsequent comparison of the projects.
