Vytvoření aplikace pro zobrazení a kontrolu teplot pláště a chladící vody vysoké pece

Abstract

This thesis deals with design and realization of applications for displaying and checking the temperature of the shell and the cooling water blast furnaces. The first part explains the theoretical methods for cooling blast furnaces and measuring analog values. The result of this thesis is the control application for processing measured values, which is developed in Simatic STEP 7, visualized in an ArchestrA IDE and tested with simulation software Winmodem. The application was developed in collaboration with Ingeteam Inc. and it is used for real blast furnaces in Krakow (Poland).
