Abstract

PALUBIAK, L. Security standards of building state and local administration focusing on riscs of unregulated entrance: Diploma thesis, Ostrava: VSB- TU Ostrava, 2016. 55 pages. Master´s thesis is focused on study of current level of Access systems in Municipality of Frýdek - Místek. After evaluating the state of the system and the security of the building, the work deals with innovative design of the access control systems. Introduction contains the technical standards of access control system, alarm system theory, it also describes the object of protection and access control systems. In the next part is description of the current status of access systems and based on the analysis of security risks are identified bottlenecks in the system. Subsequently are developed variants of possible solutions of the problem and with the appropriate method is determined the optimal, innovative design of access control systems.
