Abstract
This bachelo's thesis deals with internal communication and flow of information in company Lomax & Co, s.r.o. The first part is focused on description of the latest knowledge. The second part analysis current intra-plant communication, which is analysed by list of questions. Staff and managers participated on research in the selected company .The main part of this study are proposals to improve thecommunication and flow of intormation in listed company.
