Abstract

JAŠKO, Marek. Podmienky nasadenia modulu pozemného hasenia. Ostrava, 2016. 52 s. Diplomová práca. Fakulta bezpečnostního inženýrství VŠB – Technické univerzity Ostrava. Práca sa zaoberá problematikou podmienok pre nasadenie modulu pozemného hasenia požiarov v prírodnom prostredí. V prvej kapitole je teoretický základ týkajúci sa lesných požiarov. Následne je rozobratá medzinárodná a národná legislatíva týkajúca sa danej problematiky. Ďalšia kapitola sa zaoberá rozborom modulu hasenia a jeho činností pri jednotlivých podmienok nasadenia. V nasledujúcej kapitole sú vyhodnotené jednotlivé podmienky a na ich základe je vytvorený mechanizmus pre nasadenie modulu hasenia. Na záver sú uvedené možné návrhy a riešenia na základe zistených skutočností. K práci sú priložené grafické prílohy ilustrujúce možnosti modulu hasenia pri zásahoch a materiál slúžiaci k potrebám stanovenia jedenej z podmienok pre nasadenie v rámci vytvoreného mechanizmu.

This thesis deals with the conditions for deploying the module of ground firefighting in natural environment. The first chapter contains of theoretical basis for forest fires. Then it is dismantled in an national and international legislation towards the issue. The next chapter deals with the analysis of extinguishing module and its activities in the particular conditions of deployment. This chapter evaluated different conditions and on the basis of the built-in mechanisms for the deployment of fire fighting module. Finally, it shows the possible proposals and solutions through facts. At the end there are graphical attachments illustrating the possibilities module firefighting interventions and materials serving the needs of the determination of one of the conditions for deployment within the established mechanism.
