Abstract
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to determine the rate, reasons and consequences of personnel turnover in an organization MSA, a. s. and to propose possible anti-fluctuation precautions. The theoretical part is about human resource management, kinds of fluctuation, their reasons, consequences and costs connected with fluctuation. The result of the personnel turnover analysis in an organization, is the rate of fluctuation at the year 2009 in the amount of 8,02%. The major part of employees left the organization by agreement. The costs of fluctuation amounts about 3 120 060,- Kč. On the basis of the resigns I suggest any precautions, which should reduce the fluctuation in the future. My next recommendation is the improvement of the fluctuation cost calculation. For better monitoring grounds of the resigns was created a questionnaire.
