Analýza trhu s byty ve vybrané lokalitě

Abstract

In the theoretical part of my thesis I define the basic concepts related to the issues. I focus on the concept of living and especially on its characteristics and specification. Because I am interested in the housing market in my thesis, one part of the theoretical part I also focus on watching the apartment as a part of market as well as on models of the housing market. In this section, I describe what models of the housing market may occur in different government policy, or by state intervention in these markets. In the practical part of my thesis I am devoted to analysis of the market with apartments for sale in private and socially owned flats and also in flats offered for rent.
