Abstract

The aim of this diploma thesis was to analyze the image and publicized of the machinery company and propose appropriate and feasible proposals and recommendations, regarding support of publicized improve image and increasing the attractiveness Huisman Konstrukce, s.r.o. company as potential employer among students of the VŠB-TUO Faculty of Mechanical Engineering. The familiarity and image of company was assessed by written questioning, carried out using a structured questionnaire. From the results of marketing research it was clear that the company is not very well known among students, which is the main reason why not seek it as a potential employer. For students, who know the company, the company has a positive image and they mostly evaluate it as a good employer. These findings had a major influence on the propose of appropriate recommendations that will help the company to increase the knowledge, develop a strong and competitive image and support the demand for her job vacancies.
