Měření vibrací řezné hlavice při použití různých druhů abraziva

Abstract

In bachelor thesis I am dealing with measurement and evaluation of the vibration of cutting head during material disintegration by AWJ (abrasive water jet). AWJ technology is introduced in general in the theoretical part and basic information about vibrodiagnostics as a discipline used for measurement is presented. Several publications dealing with the topic were evaluated then and quantities likely to affect vibrations in the cutting head were thought about. In the next part of the work I am dealing with an experiment, where I am measuring vibrations of the cutting head with accelerometers controlled by the Signal Express program. I am processing the measured data in program LabVIEW and discussing about results. In the end I am dealing with usage of results in technical practice and in a laboratory.
