Abstract

Baccalaureate work is engaged in questions of monitoring and target following of persons and by other objects and deal with resources used to this. It allude about history and upward movement of monitoring in Czech republic and about law recipes conditioning application of monitoring and target following and about law recipes related with existing questions. In work I describe used technology and routes of protection against monitoring. Document also content the project of basic protection against monitoring.
