| dc.description.abstract | Předmětem diplomové práce je vhodný návrh využití rozvojové plochy R15 a R16 v jihozápadním okraji města Hlučína. Rozvojová plocha je dle územního plánu určena k individuálnímu bydlení v rodinných domech. Zpracovaní je provedeno ve dvou variantách, z nichž je jedna zpracována podrobněji. Součástí územní studie je návrh dopravní a technické infrastruktury, propočet investičních nákladů a vizualizace. | cs |

The developing surface is determined according to zoning plan for the invidual housing in the family houses. The processing is made in two variants. The one of them is prepared more in detail. Part of territorial study is suggestion the transport and technical infrastructure, the calculation of investment costs and visualisation. | en |
