Abstract

Successful choice of employees can contribute considerably to the success of the whole company. In the opposite case, it can lead to the increasing financial expenses and to the need to repeat the choice. In this thesis, I deal with the problem of methods of the choice of employees for a certain position in the chosen part of the branches of Join-Stock Company. The theoretical part of this thesis contains the explanation of the basic methods used in the selection of new employees. The practical part of this thesis describes the usage of the assessment centre and psychodiagnostics when recruiting new employees with the participation of personal consulting company.
