Zemědělský Brownfield Stará Ves nad Ondřejnicí - možnosti budoucího využití

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to evaluate the agricultural brownfield in the municipality of Stará Ves nad Ondřejnicí and to propose possible functions of its future use. Part of the work is a brief example of regeneration from abroad. The actual proposal for future use was prepared on the basis of the requirements of the owner and the expectations of the citizens of the municipality. Part of the work is a more detailed processing of transport infrastructure in the locality, including proposals for 3 variants and their economic evaluation.
