Abstract

In the attached bachelor thesis I focused on the reserves for redevelopment and land reclamation and mining damage and their impact on a corporate economics. First I focused on the legal definition of reserves in general. Then I took a closer look at the reserves for redevelopment and land reclamation and mining damage according to valid laws and the obligation of mining companies to build financial reserves. I also included accurate information on how to use the reserves in a selected firm. The last chapter proposes a possible impact on economics of a business.
