Abstract
The aim of this work is to analyze the issue of the purchase agreement in business law from the perspective of one of their basic requirements - obligation of the buyer to pay. The theoretical part is focused on the characteristics of the basic concepts related to these issues. The thesis is an analysis of the payment terms and instruments, their use and brief description. The practical part is instantiated legal form of the company Pro - SOLO Ltd., an environment in which the company operates and analysis of contracts which the company enters into.
