Využití finančních derivátů v průmyslových podnicích

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku finančních derivátů a jejich možného využití jako nástrojů sloužících k zajištění finančních rizik. První část práce objasňuje jednotlivé typy finančních derivátů. Další část se zaměřuje na definice finančních rizik a na finanční deriváty jako nástroje sloužící k jejich zajištění. V poslední části je shrnut současný vývoj finančních derivátů na světovém trhu a v České republice.

This Bachelor thesis is focused on the problematic of financial derivates and their possibilities of useage as an instruments for hedging financial risks. First part explaines the matter of single types of financial derivatives.The next part is focused on defining the various types of financial risks and their possible hedging by financial derivatives. In the last part is summary of actual progress financial derivatives on the global market and in Czech republic.
