Abstract
The goal of this graduation theses „Wage-payment Plan of the company SVĚT OKEN Ltd.“ is to describe and analyze wage-payment plan. The thesis have two major parts. The first part is focused on definition of the theoretical resources and basic principles of the remuneration. The second part describes and analyses the vage payment plan of the company SVĚT OKEN Ltd. On the basic of theoretical findings and the results of the research in the enterprise the recomendations for the changes of the vage-payment plan.
