Abstract

The subject of my bachelor thesis is Form Contracts in the Banking. Right here the banking businesses are closed with contracts which can show the elements of the unfair condition of the contractors and the will of one of the contractors to change their content. The descriptive method familiarizes with legal framework in the banking, relation country - banking institution and relation bank – client. The other part is dedicated to definitions and characters of the form contracts and their legal regulations in the connection with trade terms of contracts as integral part of the closed contract. The content and form is described on some examples of contracts used in the banking. There is pointed on their advantages – simplicity and clarity and their disadvantages – feeling of law-security and incompleteness. In the banking the form contract is anything but agreed trade terms of contracts.
