Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on a practise at position Technical Specialist – End User Services in Tieto Czech s.r.o. In the beginning of thesis we can get information about a company, its history and job title. All technologies of installation files, that were used during completion of the practise, are described with a focus on MSI, InstallShield and NSIS technologies and with their advantages and disadvantages comparing to other technologies. Thesis also contains a detailed description of scripting languages AutoIT and VBS, that are necessary for configuration of installations and configuration of Microsoft Windows environment. Another tool for configuration of installation packages is SCCM server, so this is why all its components are described. For a demonstration of all mentioned scripts above there are involved examples of codes that were used during working on tasks at practise and in the end, there is a summarization of missing skills and skills that author have learned during the practise.
