Abstract

Bachelor’s thesis supervisor: Ing. Nikola Vavřínová, Ph.D. The subject of the bachelor’s thesis is the preparation of project documentation for the construction of an apartment building in Bystřice, in accordance with Decree No. 131/2024 Coll. The thesis is divided into a written and a drawing part. The written part includes a technical report and a thermal-technical assessment of the flat roof. It also contains a structural analysis of the selected element, specifically the monolithic ceiling slab above the second floor. The second part consists of an architectural study and construction drawings and schedules of elements developed in accordance with the requirements for construction execution documentation. The non-basement building has three above-ground floors and consists of a hair salon, one residential unit designed for people with reduced mobility, storage and common areas, and eight additional residential units. Four of these are two-room apartments with a kitchen corner (2+KK) and four are three-room apartments with a kitchen corner (3+KK). The load-bearing structure consists of the Porotherm system combined with monolithic reinforced concrete elements. The apartment building has a flat roof.
