Význam a kvalita komunikace v organizaci

Abstract

My bachelor work points out a role and duality of the communication within the organization. The work is systematically dividend into six chapters. The chapter communication search has constituted the theoretical ground of the given problem due to studying a number of authors. Consequently the objektive of the work has been specified as well the work metodology has been described and also it has been given the characterization of the research object. The research was carried out by way of questionnaire. Thirty respondents have taken part in the survey. Data resulting from the survey have been interpreted in the form of verbal commentaries, tables and charts. The quality communication contributes to the effective performance of the organization.
