Abstract

The proposed thesis is concerned with the diagnostics of asynchronous machines obtained from measuring, the individual evaluation of input and output using calculations, graphs and tables. The first theoretical part deals with general diagnostics, explanation of its significance and importance. In the second theoretical part I pursue the fundamental division of asynchronous machines and the description of the tasks I will analyze. In the practical part I carried out the measuring on three asynchronous machines: with a broken rotor pole, with a bent shaft and an engine without damage, which also served for comparison to other engines. During the measuring I gauged values of the magnetic field, engine vibrations and stator current. Everything is expertly processed and evaluated at the close of the thesis. According to gathered data it is possible to state that modern times bring a number of new findings in development of asynchronous machines. These primarily include reduction of noise, vibrations, electromagnetic field, which could have negative influence, and power consumption with regard to energy saving.
