Abstract

Bachelor thesis addresses the design of low-energy family house, including the technological progress of the envelope. Project documentation is processed in the degree of reporting structures. The house will be located at the site No. 3644/1 in Vracov. The work is itemized project budget, work schedule, and technical expertise, as thermal criteria IEC 730540-2 (2007). This is a basement storey building, executed Porotherm system with a hipped roof and a garage with a separate entrance. The roof consists of wooden trusses with punched punched plates. Low-energy house is designed for housing 4-5 member families.
