Příprava a charakterizace nanokompozitních tenkých vrstev na optickém materiálu

Abstract

The thesis deals with the methods of preparation and methods of diagnostics of thin films. In the theoretical part the mechanisms of growth thin films and optical properties thin films with a focus on the plasmon resonance are discussed. In the experimental part the sets of thin films are prepared by several different methods, whose parameters are evaluation by appropriate methods.
