Abstract
The subject of this bachelor work is the implementation of KAIZEN at selected heavy machinery organisation. The work is divided into parts theoretical and practical.
The theoretical part is focused on the development, improvements and approach of KAIZEN and its methodic. The practical part is aimed on the characteristics of a chosen company, including the specification of its production, is analyzing the stage of KAIZEN implementation in such company and is suggesting some specific improvements options
of the KAIZEN methodology in this company.
