Abstract
The aim of this thesis is to define segmentation criteria for customers of Jan Maria **** hotel. The first two chapters summarize principles and role of segmentation. The most important segments are based on research and analyses of client data. The thesis offers a proposal of optimal positioning of the product for selected market segments.
