Abstract
The aim of this diploma work is to valuate making company with the DCF-Entity method and to appoint the value of company for owners.
In the first part, there is characterisation of the value of company, the reasons of valuation, the methods of the accomplish of the stategic and the financial analysis and the methods of assembling of the financial plan. Next is the explaining of valuation with particular methods, the methods of assembling of the free
cash-flows for DCF-Entity method and methods for appointing of cost of capital.
The characterisation of food company and its activities, macro and micro analysis and analysis of the company is noticed in the next part of the diploma work.
The valuation of company and appointment of
the value of own capital is made of the biphase DCF-Entity method in the third part of diploma work.
At the end, the results of previou parts are appreciated.
