Abstract

The thesis aims to design a draft of the spa pension. A developing technological processes for the implementation of flat roofs in two variants. Besides the already men-tioned as part of the project schedules and itemized budgets flat roof constructions carried out separately for each variant. In conclusion, the thesis I compare these two varieties under different aspects. Among the aspects to which it is taken into account, are mainly financial requirements, implementation time, and method of implementation.
