Abstract

The thesis is about one of the most important logistic activity and it is optimization of the manufacturing process. The first part of the thesis presents Kovar, a. s. company. In theoretical part is described manufacturing process and its division according to different criterion, the next is the description of the management concepts of the manufacturing process. In practical part is talked about location of storage boxes. Conclusion is about assessment of the analysis results and is recommended the best possibility. The aim of this thesis is to find the most suitable location of the storage boxes and to propose effective measures to improve the manufacturing process.
