Abstract

Katedra bezpečnostních služeb. Vedoucí práce Ing. Stanislav Lichorobiec, Ph.D. Cílem diplomové práce bylo analyzování účinků výbuchů vzniklých v prostorách vlakového nádraží Ostrava – Svinov. Úvodní část diplomové práce se zabývá právními předpisy a odbornými pojmy souvisejícími s oblastí výbušnin a terorismu, problematikou nástražných výbušných systémů a účinky výbuchů na stavební konstrukce. Dále se práce zabývá popisem nádražního objektu a analýzou bezpečnostních rizik. V závěrečné části se nachází nově navržená opatření sloužící k minimalizaci rizika útoku a snížení případných ztrát na životech a majetku.

Stanislav Lichorobiec, Ph.D. The aim of the diploma thesis was to analyze the effect of explosion in the railway station called Ostrava – Svinov. In the first part of the diploma thesis, legislation and terms connected with explosives and terrorism are explained. It also describes improvised explosive devices and their effects on building constructions. The second part details the railway station building and its surroundings. It also analyses the safety risks. The closing part suggests precautions which should minimize the risks of attacks. This would lead to reduction of the possible loss of lives and property damages.
