Abstract

This master thesis deals with focuses on improving the claim management process in Skoda Praha Invest s.r.o. The theoretical part covers a general description of the financial claims and a proposal of claim management process methodology. The practical part deals with the development of claims in Skoda Praha s.r.o. in years 2011 to 2013. It describes the current state of claim management and the creation of claims as well as the way how the claims are secured and recovered. The final part of the master thesis identifies the causes of creating claims. These outcomes are used to create a proposal for an improved and more efficient claim management system
