Možnosti recyklace odpadu pocházejicího z činnosti abrazivního kapalinového paprsku

Abstract

In this thesis is analyzed the problem of recycling of selected powder minerals used as the abrasive in abrasive water jets. As the main recycling technology is at work theoretically evaluated magnetic separation. The resulting design recycling process prevent measurement of magnetic properties of abrasives using a vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM), determination of magnetic susceptibility and the theoretical description of the model behavior of individual powder grains in the separator. As an unsuitable material for magnetic separation, due to its magnetic properties is appearing a zircon.
