Problematika evakuace osob v silničních tunelech

Abstract

This thesis covers the evacuation issues in road tunnels. It is focusing in particular on a comparison certification basis for the design of evacuation in countries of EU. The thesis is divided into 4 parts. The first part consists of basic researches of certification basis, technical standards and conditions. The second part analyzes the risks associated with the operation of road tunnels, including major accidents that happened in the past. The third section describes the human factors that affects tunnel safety and evacuation. The last part is focused on the problem of informing the public as potential users of the tunnel.
