Analýza hospodaření florbalového klubu FbC Playmakers Prostějov

Abstract

The main objective of this thesis was to analyse management of FbC Playmakers Prostějov floorball club. My Bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. The first part consists of general definitions of management, sport management, organising in sport and history and progress of floorball in our country and in the world. In practical part the history, achievements, organisational structure and membership of the club are presented. Second half of the practical part follows the analyse of management in itself. There are analysed revenues with yields and costs with expenditures in years 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010. There is also interview with manager of the club included which consists of 12 questions. At the close is found evaluation, recommendation and conclusions which arise from this thesis.
