Analýza ekonomické efektivnosti investičního projektu ve společnosti se zahraniční účastí

Abstract

Aim of this thesis is to evaluate the economic efficiency of future capital project in EVRAZ Vitkovice STELL, a.s. The subject of analysis is the reconstruction and modernization of heavy section mill. In the theoretical part of the bachelor thesis were defined basic theoretical terms to research problems and using a series of domestic and foreign authors. In the application part of thesis is dealt with specific issues of capital decisions in companies with foreign participation by Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return, Profitability Index, Discounted Payback Period, Return on capital employed and Payback Period. The final part gives the analysis firm proposals and recommendations for the solved capital project. The result of this thesis is to evaluate the economic benefits of investment for the company.
