Analýza rozhodovacího procesu při výběru práce v zahraničí

Abstract

The topic of the bachelor's work was an analysis of the decision making in the selection of foreign practical placement with focus on students. The aim of the research was to determine how interesting practical placement in abroad is, experience with foreign practical placement, preference of the organization, the most important motives, which leads to departure and on the contrary detection of the main barriers due to which they could not go. The respondents' answers indicate that students' interest in foreign practical placement is significant.
