Abstract

The main objective of this bachelor work is the economic evaluation of a construction company, followed by suggestions on how to maximize the company‘s future growth and revenue. The theoretical section is focused on the explanation of basic terms, which arise with this type of economic evaluation. Specific selected methods will be used for the economic evaluation of the company, and are discussed next. This ties in with the next topic, which consists of the practical section in which a specific firm is selected and evaluated for the purposes of this work. This section elaborates on the aplication of the selected methods used that consist of financial analysis, macroeconomic analysis, analysis of the construction industry and benchmarking in practice. In the conclusion of this work is a summary of the collected findings. Based on their analysis, certain propositions or recomendations are constructed.
