Stanovení škodlivých látek uvolňujících se ze zásahového oděvu po zásahu

Abstract

This bachelor thesis describes the current state of contamination of firefighting clothing after the intervention, storage of firefighting clothing and their cleaning. The practical part of the work focuses on the measurement of evaporating substances from the firefighter's emergency clothing after the fire, the permeability of combustion products through the fire hood and the analysis of substances occurring at the fire scene. The analytical method for measurement is gas chromatography with mass spectrometry. Analyzes of vapors from samples were analyzed with gold PDMS and purple DVB SPME fiber.
