Působnost a zhodnocení zabezpečení elektronických služeb katastrálního úřadu

Abstract

The main target of this Bachelor thesis is the evaluation of the electronic service ensuring and its influence towards the working productivity at the Cadastral Office in Zlin region – Valasske Mezirici office in the period of time 2013 – 2017. The fractional target is the evaluation of the expenses for postage and posting of the documents and parcels. The theory of the Bachelor thesis is divided into 2 parts, which deal with the regional government administration description and the cadastral office agenda. In the practical part there is the electronic service influence evaluation towards the working productivity. The final data shows 25% computerization contribution out of the total number of the chosen criteria, but shows mainly the increase of the activities provided in the office. By the evaluation of the expenses for postage and posting of the documents it was found out that the expenses for postage are still increasing in spite of the fact the documents being mailed by the electronic data box represent 25 % of the correspondence.
