Reportingové systémy na podporu operativního řízení a rozhodování

Abstract

The basis of this thesis is to create a reporting model to support the operational management of the data provided by ESAP Consult Ltd. In the theoretical part, the role of reporting and reporting systems in business management. I also try to describe the relationship between reporting and controlling as an important part of the proceedings. Another part deals with the basic characteristics of corporate governance, its function and levels. The last unit of the theoretical part inventory management as one of the key parts of management. In the second part is devoted to the description and characteristics of the company, analyze the current status of inventory management including ordering system. The core of the whole practice is devoted to a detailed description of the reporting model intended for the operational management of stocks. The model I applied the McDonald's company in Ostrava, which operates on the principle of franchise under the name of the company Kleiblová Ltd.
