Abstract

The thesis concerned with the problem of learning organization and its increasing sense for the company in connection with access to the employees, competitive advantage, flexible reaction to the changes or the relationship to globalization and to environment. First part of thesis is oriented on the theoretically basis of learning organization. The basis is important for the next practically part, which is about aplication of the theorie in an agricultural firm and its specifically area of the ecologically agriculture. The thesis should help such as first view in the problem of learning organization and offers the solution for the implemention learning organization in the searching firm.
