Stanovení hodnoty podniku pomocí vybraných metod

Abstract

The aim of the diploma thesis is to determine the market value of the company FINIDR, Ltd. to January 1st 2013 with the entry of a new shareholder into the company. The value of the company is determined by using the discounted cash flow method DCF-Equity and Economic Value Added method EVA-Equity based on two phase calculation. This diploma thesis is divided into five chapters, including the introduction and the conclusion. The second chapter is focused on the theoretical bases of valuation of the company, especially on the process of valuation. Introduction of the third chapter is devoted to characteristics of the company FINIDR, Ltd. The application of the strategic, financial and SWOT analysis is introduced in this chapter too. The third chapter contains the formulation of the financial plan and the valuation of the company by means of selected methods. This chapter also contains an analysis of the sensitivity as well as summary and comparison of the results.
