Abstract

LUKÁŠOVÁ, Petra. Hodnocení kritičnosti prvků v území. [Bakalářská práce]. Ostrava: VŠB – Technická univerzita Ostrava, Fakulta bezpečnostního inženýrství, 2018. 54 s. Bakalářská práce pojednává o hodnocení kritičnosti prvků v území. Práce je rozdělena do několika kapitol. V úvodní části práce je uvedeno teoretické vymezení řešené problematiky, včetně právní úpravy a deskripce vybraných odvětví kritické infrastruktury a územních celků. Následně je provedena analýza přístupů k posuzování kritičnosti a vhodných metod k jejímu posouzení. V závěrečné části práce je navržen algoritmus procesu hodnocení kritičnosti prvků v území a jeho praktická aplikace.

Bachelor thesis deals with criticality assessment of elements in the territory. The thesis is divided into several chapters. The introductory part of the thesis describes the theoretical definition of the solved problem, including legal regulation and description of selected sectors of critical infrastructure and territorial units. Subsequently, an analysis of approaches to criticality assessment and appropriate methods for its assessment is carried out. In the final part of the thesis the algorithm of the process of evaluation of element criticality and its practical application is proposed.
