Pracovní migrace do České republiky

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem pracovní migrace do ČR. Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat postaveni cizinců na českém trhu práce. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol. V první části autor seznámí s teoriemi migrace a analýzou empirické literatury. Další část obsahuje legislativní podmínky, díky kterým se cizinci mohou na území České republiky nacházet, a zároveň vykonávat pracovní činnost. Třetí část je zaměřena na detailnější charakteristiku struktury pracovních migrantu v České republice. V poslední části jsou představena možná řešení dané problematiky.

The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of labour migration to the Czech Republic. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyse the position of foreigners on the Czech labour market. The thesis is divided into four chapters. In the first part the author introduces the theories of migration and the analysis of empirical literature. The next part contains the legislative conditions that allow foreigners to be on the territory of the Czech Republic and at the same time to perform work activities. The third part focuses on a more detailed characterization of the structure of labour migrants in the Czech Republic. The last part presents possible solutions to the problem.
