Abstract

The thesis focuses on the description and analysis of consumer behaviour of electronic cigarettes. The main objective is to describe the behaviour of the consumer of electronic cigarettes on the basis of a questionnaire survey. Other main objectives of the thesis include a description of the market and recommendations or changes leading to increased sales of electronic cigarettes. A secondary objective is to calculate the economic advantage of electronic cigarettes compared to conventional cigarettes.
